The plain language version of how booking with us works. The full rental agreement is shown and signed during checkout, and a copy lives in your guest portal.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation until 7 days before check in. Half refund until 48 hours before check in. No refund inside 48 hours. Monthly stays follow the same schedule against the first month.
Damage deposit
A refundable damage deposit is held on your card at booking and released within 48 hours after checkout, less any deductions for damage beyond normal wear. You see every deduction itemized.
House rules
Your information
We collect only what a stay requires: your contact details, ID verification status, payment records, and messages with our team. We never sell your information. Payment card details live with our payment processor, not on our servers. Ask us any time to see or delete what we hold.
